Roadmap
Stateframe ships in focused releases. Every committed capability is here, grouped by the layer it belongs to - the same layers as the diagram below, plus the platform work underneath them.
Each item carries its own status: shipping in v0.9 today, committed for v1.0, or still under investigation. The roadmap is directional. Scope and sequencing change as teams put Stateframe to work.
How Stateframe fits together
v0.9State Layer
the mapThe relationship map itself - the data that lands in it, the grid it builds, and the states defined on top of it.
Import Parquet
Load Apache Parquet directly into maps, with no conversion step.
Import XLSX
Import Excel XLSX workbooks directly, columns intact.
Import XLSM
Import Excel XLSM workbooks with data and VBA macros preserved.
Postgres Connector
Read account and product data straight from Postgres, so plans reflect current data rather than a stale export.
ClickHouse Connector
Connect to ClickHouse to work against large volumes of sales history behind each map.
Map MultiMedia
Render images and video in cells, so product context sits with the data rather than in a separate file.
Empty Maps
Build an account-product grid by hand on an empty map, without importing first.
Data Editing
Edit values directly on the map instead of routing changes through the data-replace system.
Data TimeLine
Move data through time and watch the map's structure change, to see what shifted between periods.
Objective Tracking
Track plan objectives and revenue targets against accounts, and read progress over time through the data timeline.
Context Layer
what surrounds the mapThe context maps that sit alongside the relationship map and give its cells their meaning.
Stakeholder Mapping
Map people and reporting lines against accounts, alongside the products they influence.
Note Search
Search within a note, and across every note in the workspace, for specific text.
Note Documents
Treat notes as documents - as plain as Markdown or as structured as a full document.
Note MultiMedia
Add images and video to notes alongside text.
Contacts & Activity
Track contacts and their activity against accounts - the workflow that makes Stateframe a CRM alternative, not only a planning canvas.
Skills Layer
what the map doesWhat the map does on its own, once states, maps and relationship data are in place.
Automation Pipeline
Use LLM agents to automate data collection, account-signal monitoring, and state-action triggers, reducing manual upkeep.
Actionable States
Have states perform actions when their conditions are met, not only flag them.
Account Health Scoring
Derive a health score for each account-product cell from its data, surfaced as a state you can sort and act on.
Business Intelligence
Run simulations and linear programming across maps to project how changes propagate through the pipeline.
Platform
underneath all threeCross-cutting work beneath the three layers - hardening, sharing, security, export and extensibility.
Bug Fixes
Reports from live sessions, maps, and states feed directly into hardening v0.9. Stability is continuous work, not a milestone.
Customisable Export
Export transformed data to the formats teams already use - .pptx, .xlsx, .docx, .parquet, .png, and more.
Encryption
Encrypt local data with a key you hold.
Access Control
Set what each connected user can see and whether they can write - share a plan without giving up control of it.
Audit Log
Record the identities and actions of connected users for review.
Cloud Relay
Connect through Stateframe's relay so peers can reach a session across the internet, not only the LAN.
Plugins
Build custom UI and business logic for workflows specific to your team.
Run it on your own data
v0.9 is live. Download, open a demo workspace, and evaluate it for 30 days - no account, no card.
