# The Account Driven Workspace

Import your account-product spreadsheets, segment accounts, group products, visualise whitespace, organise accounts into workflows, and capture sales knowledge.

No card. No sign-up. 30 days free.

### Why Stateframe - you already know how to use it

The work maps one-to-one onto the tools sales teams already use:

- Excel: the account-product grid you forecast in today becomes a live matrix - the same cells, now clickable and shareable.
- PowerPoint: the QBR and account-review deck you rebuild every quarter is presented straight off the canvas - always up to date.
- Word: the account plan and call notes you keep in a doc become notes and context pinned to the exact cell they belong to.

One workspace. Same work. Nothing to relearn.

The easiest place for sales managers and sales reps to run their sales activities by managing relationships between accounts, products, and people in a single workspace. This workspace defines your sales process for every account.

Stateframe transforms customer-product relationship grids into a dynamic visual workspace. Segment accounts, decouple cells from Excel grids, give them rich context, and organise them into workflows on an infinite canvas - all while keeping full data ownership with local hosting.

Each pillar below is also shown on the home page as a short, silent, looping product video, so the behaviour is visible without launching the app.

### Relationship Maps - Visualise who Matters

Map Account-Product grids and identify areas of revenue growth across every account in a single workspace. Filter data, and copy maps down to the sales rep level with global states and attributes.

### Territory Planning - Turn Sales Data into Actionable Territories

Analyse historical revenue, margins, and product penetration across regions, hubs, and accounts. Build territory plans using nodes on a workspace directly from Account-Product grids.

### Account Segmentation - Focus effort where it delivers results

Segment accounts based on sales data, and manually shift and assign segmentation attributes. Create Account-Product grids for each segmentation with individual maps for every sales rep.

### Context Mapping - Connect information to execution

Add context maps to Account-Product grids at the sales rep level. Context maps define account relationships, product content, inbound signals, and any other information summarised in a matrix. The sales rep ensures all context is maintained and connected to the targeted accounts.

### Sales Process - Move work through states, not records

Execute account plans using flexible workflows built on decoupled Account-Product grids. Move opportunities, actions, and Account-Product relationships through defined states while maintaining complete visibility across the sales process.

### FAQ

- Where is my data stored? In your operating system's app directory. Nothing is remote or cloud based.
- Do I need an account? No. Download the app and run it. The first 30 days give you full read and write access. After that the app is read-only until you purchase a license key.
- How does the license key work? A key encodes a usage period. Buy a key, paste it into the app, and read and write is unlocked for that period. There is no automated renewal.
- How does collaboration work without a cloud? By only using your local network. A host starts their connect system and generates a code. Peers on the same network connect directly to the host using the code. No relay server is needed.
- What does Beta mean for my data? The data model is stable and the file format is forward-compatible.
- Can I import from a spreadsheet? For Beta, only CSV import is currently accepted.
- Does Stateframe work on Mac? Not yet. Stateframe currently ships for Windows on x86_64. macOS and Linux builds are in progress.
- Can I import data from Salesforce or HubSpot? Only indirectly for the moment. Export your account list from the source system as a CSV, then import the CSV into Stateframe. Direct connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, Postgres, and others) are on the roadmap.
- How do I get the map out of Stateframe - screenshot, export, or share? Other than a screenshot there is currently no export system in the Beta but it is in the roadmap for release before V1.0.
- Is Stateframe an alternative to a CRM? In Beta, Stateframe sits between a spreadsheet and a CRM. Stateframe is for account planning - seeing your whole portfolio at once and acting on what changed. It does not replace a CRM's contact-and-email workflow today. However, the roadmap details the CRM alternative as an explicit target.
